Akidogo B&B is situated in Warner Beach, neighbouring Amanzimtoti, along Durban’s South coast. Akidogo was designed and built with the idea of creating an African lodge type ambiance. Akidogo was established in 2006, with the vision of offering luxury upmarket accommodation to the discerning business and leisure visitors.

Akidogo, a Swahili word for “a little”, offers you a choice of five individually decorated and comfortably spacious Twin en-suite bedrooms each with private entrance, Airconditioning, DSTV, mini bar fridge, tea and coffee station.

The 3 standard rooms face a tropical garden, which invites birds such as the Paradise fly-catcher, Goldenrumped Tinker Barbet, Diedrik Cuckoo and hosts the common resident, Purple Crested Lourie.

The Two executive suites on the first floor each have a large private deck where one can absorb the African sun, enjoy a sun downer, a romantic Dinner or even simply “star gaze”.

Breakfast:

Our guests start the day off with a delectable fruit salad layered with fresh yoghurt & homemade muesli, followed by either a continental or english breakfast. If your day starts before your preferred eating time, that we are happy to provide a breakfast / lunch pack.

Dinner:

We offer our wonderful home cooked meals with the choice of two or three courses which need to be booked in advance.
